Manufacturer's Warranty – 20 Years
Our products are backed by a 20-year manufacturer's warranty, ensuring protection against defects in materials and craftsmanship for long-lasting durability.
Window & Doors Frames – 20 Years
Guaranteed against warping or cracking, preserving the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of your windows and doors.
Glass – 20 Years
Covers fogging or condensation between panes, ensuring clarity and thermal performance.
Hardware (Locks, Handles, Hinges) – 20 Years
Covers manufacturing defects in functional components, ensuring smooth operation and security.
Installation – 3 Years
Protects against issues related to improper installation, including leaks or performance failures resulting from installation errors.
Smart Lock System -including finger sensor, keypad and fob key
(applicable for Doors)- 3 years
This warranty does not cover:
Accidents and Abuse – Damage caused by impact, vandalism, or excessive force when operating windows.
Improper Maintenance – Failure to clean or maintain windows, such as allowing debris to accumulate in tracks, leading to operational issues.
Unauthorized Modifications – Alterations not approved by Kazoo Homes, including painting, drilling, or attaching accessories.
Extreme Weather Damage – Damage caused by hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters.
Building Movement – Structural settling or shifting that affects windows and doors performance.
Normal Wear and Tear – Including hardware, minor scratches, color fading due to UV exposure, or gradual aging that does not affect functionality.
If an issue arises, Kazoo Homes will inspect the windows and doors to determine if the problem falls within the warranty coverage.
If the issue is found to be covered under warranty, Kazoo Homes will cover all associated costs, including labor, parts, and materials, ensuring the customer does not incur any expenses.
